上海燎原国际高中 (http://www.51guoji.com/shlyzx/)报道：From this travel back from DECA(Distributive Educational Clubs of America) the ICDC(The International Career Development Conference) to be honest it’s a amazing experience and fantastic memory to me.

　　回顾这次DECA-ICDC(全美高中生商业挑战赛)之旅，不管从哪种角度来说，于我都是一次令人兴奋且难忘的经历。

　　This year DECA is held in Nsahville Tennessee America. Each state select their students in advance to attend DECA. I have to say that the environment and atmosphere is totally different from China. The students there are very positive and enthusiastic. They will start a conversation with you and most of are very talkative. It’s obvious to see that they are prepared well. And whether they are good or not they show their confidence naturally. Out of the DECA they can also enjoy themselves extremely well. As a student we should live a life just like theirs work hard play hard.

　　今年DECA在美国田纳西州的纳什维尔举办，全美各州进行层层选拔，都挑选了优秀的队伍来参加本届的DECA。不得不说那儿的环境和氛围与国内完全不同。那儿的学生都非常积极且充满热情，他们会主动找你聊天并且十分健谈。显而易见的，无论他们的计划方案是好是坏，他们对这次的DECA都进行了很努力的准备，几乎每个队伍都手里拿着展示板，拎着电脑，一有空他们就停下来排练演讲。除了比赛之外，那些学生也是非常会玩，非常懂得如何去玩，去放松自己。作为一个学生，我觉得这点非常值得我们学习，学得努力，同时也要玩得尽兴。

　　像大人一样严格要求自己　仿佛就是一名久经沙场的商人

　　Although it's just a competition for high school student they arrange this very serious. They have series of ceremonies exhibitions and games. It just gives me a sense as working as an adult. I’ve taken part in the national business competition as well it more than just a modeling game. It couldn’t give you a real sense and knowledge of business and economy. In DECA there’re several different sections for you to choose you can join a particular field that you’re interested and have confidence with. And you need to hand in a real promotion plan and prepare for the presentation to the judgers just like a real businessman.

　　尽管这只是一个面向高中生的比赛，但主办方把它组织地严肃而认真。他们设有一系列的开闭幕式，展览以及游戏。然而这个活动真的给了我一些像大人那样工作的实感。我之前也参加过国内的一些商赛，可这些只是像一般的模拟游戏，对知识及能力的要求并不是那么高。然而DECA有着不同的类别供你去挑选，让你自己选择自己最有把握或是最感兴趣的去参加，并且你需要自己准备真实的商业计划书及演讲来打动你的评委，用自己对商业及经济的知识与真实实力来说服他们，就像一个真正的商人那样。

　　收获良多　肯定自我，更要努力补齐短板

　　From this trip it clear to see that China delegation don’t have very strong background and knowledge of business and economy while in America it’s one of the course. And it’s true that in China that school doesn’t pay much attention on business courses during the high school period while these knowledge will be much more important than the basic courses in the future. That’s the point we need to think further.

　　从此次的表现来看，我们中国代表队并没有非常丰富的关于商业与经济的背景知识，然而在美国，这些是高中生们的必修课。并且现在看来，中国的大部分学校在高中阶段并不是很重视商业教育，可是在将来这些知识远比现在学习的那些要有用的多。这些问题值得我们深思。

　　Anyway I’m very glad that I can attend a conference like that If I have the chance I will encourage all of you to attend it. It really let me learn something new widely broaden my horizon.

　　无论如何，我真的非常开心能够参加这样一个大规模的活动，如果我有机会的话，我也非常鼓励大家去参加这样的活动，它真的让我学到了一些东西，扩展了我的视野。
